K2 Ventures is an angel level private venture fund with exclusive focus on early stage technology-based companies. We offer technical and management support to innovative young companies in the growing technology market in addition to traditional angel level investment. For almost last three decades, the managing director has been involved in two premier technology companies, Intel and Fairchild, in minority investments, M&A, licensing, general and engineering management. Our partners and affiliates have broad experience in general management, operation and engineering areas.

K2 Venture invests in private, early stage technology companies with special emphasis on the following industries:

Our investment emphasis is seed and first round financing. Our goal is to invest early, actively to help companies in technology partnership, licensing, financing and general management.
